Harry Houthuijse

With its company CORNFELD, Harry has been helping a selected circle of pre-eminent industrial, technological, commercial and service-providing organisations to seek, select and recruit the best candidates for their leadership positions. In the field of international executive search, he has established an outstanding record of success stretching back many years.

Harry studied applied psychology in Zurich. After a lengthy period working in the USA, he spent 12 years as head of a KPMG-spin-off executive search organisation. He then joined the Schindler Group, where he was Head of Corporate Human Resources Europe and also of Global Talent management.

Matthias Jost

Matthias Jost

Matthias has a high level of core competence in the areas of organisation, leadership and corporate culture. He played a leading role in several successful start-ups.

He gained his international HR experience as a board member of Alcatel and Unilever, among other organisations. For four years he was Unilever’s locally based Head of Human Resources for Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.

Matthias studied business management at the University of St. Gallen, focussing on leadership and human resources.
